  I come to morrisons more than twice a week and today I was met by terrible customer service for the first time! She was on till 12! Now myself and my partner were buying a bottle of wine and I unfortunately didn't have my id but my partner did. We are both 24, she said in a very snarky way " You DEFINITELY don't look over 25" I said I understand I don't have my id but I didn't​ like your tone the way you said that was quite offensive! I completely understood that we couldn't get the wine because i didn't have my ID. She told me I could speak to her manager! I'm sorry but her attitude was awful! If I have forgotten my ID before I have always accepted that with a smile but this women's response was very snarky and perhaps she needs some further training in customer service!

  Great fresh produce here. Reasonably priced can get extremely busy. They need more people on the tills or even more tills.
