  Think they were having a bad day, we waited over an hour for food, to be fair they did warn us that it would be a long wait. As we had been out all day we agreed to go to the bar and wait. When they came, our meals were way below the normal standard for the chain. We did get a small refund and lots of apologies as they had only just reopened after a kitchen refurbishment.

  Very good service. Prices are just about right.
  Go on a week day between 5 and 7 and it's pretty quiet making the experience that bit more enjoyable. On the weekends however it will be packed.

  Slow service, was only customer and it took 20 mins to get served then the food was waiting on the hot rack for 5 mins (so the chef could play on his phone!) but apart from the bad service the food was tasty.
  
  Ps dont have the hot wings as there glorified turkey drummers!! Boneless not a wing!
